After a long hard think, and after making a really difficult decision I have decided to let people know what’s been going on.
As some of you may be aware my son has Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) as well as traits of Autism, along with my non-visible disabilities we were struggling to keep our heads above water and overwhelmed by difficulties. Eventually I had to leave my job to become a full time carer for him as neither of us were coping in the situation we were in.
To help myself cope with the drastic change I started writing/creating music in awareness of mental health and how the pandemic has majorly affected not just my mental health, but so many others around us.
Please listen and enjoy this music I have created for anyone and everyone to listen too, to try and help others that are going through a similar situation. Thank you for all your support-it means a lot.

Enza born and raised a British girl of Italian descent, lives in the UK and is an entrepreneur, writer and philanthropist. She has a passion for helping others believe in themselves and has set up this blog post containing info and to share links.
She enjoys new music styles and is working on finalising and launching her upcoming Charity project ‘Quarantine Playlist 2020’. This year has been a traumatic experience for everyone and the playlist celebrates the art of storytelling! She hopes this helps someone!
At the beginning of lockdown she was feeling overwhelmed, burntout and worried about her anxiety levels going up and the fear about the health of herself and of her loved ones. At times she questioned herself and felt a slight uncertainty about her future, but because of her strong positive mindset on her side, she has been able to direct her negative thoughts away from herself through improving her words and focusing on all that is good in her life. She has dealt with it the best way possible.
