The brain is the most complex organ in the human body. One in seven of the world’s population suffer from neurological conditions with over 600 types, including; Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) should be renamed ‘Inconsistent Attention & Internal Hyperactivity’ (IAIH).
Why? ‘Because it is not a decifit of attention, but rather a problem with regulating one’s attention span to desired tasks.’ – Healthline.com

There are some people who seek pleasure at someone else’s expense. They think they get happiness from mistreating others. Follow your own path in life and live your unique path.
I love articles and learning around wisdom and emotional intelligence. When I’m in a state of flow, like being in a river, the flow of water pushes you away. I am focused. 😊
Teaching for long-term memory is not information it’s inspiration. For example, it is not easy to cramm for an exam. “Our curriculum and assessments are not designed with working memory in mind.” Our brains have limited space. If students can’t remember what they’ve learnt, the system is failing them.
We need an education system based on the study by Joe Kirby.
I hope I have been of some help and have it make some difference to understanding ‘The Pursuit of Happiness’ and the science behind it. Happiness increases feelings of well-being, confidence and belonging.
