Even if you’re not quite ready to enter a new relationship, taking time for yourself can have a significant impact on other areas of your life. For example, since taking time for myself, I’ve noticed that I’ve been a better parent to my children. By prioritising my own emotional and physical health, I’m able to give them more love and attention, and be more present in their lives. It’s amazing how taking care of ourselves can have a ripple effect on those around us.
