It questionably, is it worth their conscience and egoistic behaviour? and is it right to let families, NHS, Police, public finances and other organisations deal with the aftermath of such a selfish act of violence to humanity. It becomes a much bigger problem and it will only get worse. We cannot throw money unneccessarily, but it seems that we have become a nation of greed, causing most of our troubles.
New rules are needed to protect everyone from being the target of promotion and to help people quit all addictions. Targeted support is an action the government must take in order to improve or even saves the lives of many individuals. The government needs to change the way they see themselves. If they prevent the drinking of the individual from taking the alcohol, they might help their higher self to gain control and improve the person’s health.

The Prime Minister, Boris Johnson has total control of government’s decisions. Therefore, he has an obligation to protect individuals, communities and help someone else with their physical addiction and mental health. By restricting the number of choices, that person would increase their positive freedom. Knowing their own limits to choose, gives them a freedom to live and enjoy the choices made.
