You are a Priority, not an Afterthought
Domestic abuse is a significant problem in the UK. Why is this? This is because what we are seeing is fundamentally a lack in positive culture, a freedom to oneself. We need to see a change in behaviour because it plays an important role in people’ mental health.
Anyone can be a victim of domestic violence and abuse, regardless of gender, age, ethnicity, socio-economic status, sexuality or background. Domestic and family violence is a crime. Deliberately hurting and being cruel is an act of violence against humanity.
